Conditions
$290 Non-refundable Accommodations Administration Fee will be required at the time of booking to secure a bed.
Minimum 2-week stay (For Brisbane Student Residence Studio - minimum stay is 4-weeks)
Full payment required to ILSC 30 days before check-in date.
Available for students who are 18 years or older, as of their arrival date.
Under 18 students, will pay the same rate as over 18 students.
As an underage they have to adhere to documented, daily curfews of 9:00 pm Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 pm Friday and Saturday.
Check-in: Saturday or Sunday from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: Saturday or Sunday by 10:00 am.
$250 exit cleaning fee
