Richards & Pender Living Policies

  • A $230 Non-refundable Accommodations Administration Fee will be required at the time of booking to secure a bed. Richards & Pender Residence is available for students who are 19 years or older, as of their arrival date.*
  • Full payment will be required to ILSC 30 days before check-in date.
  • Check-in: Saturday or Sunday from 3:00 pm.
  • Check-out: Saturday or Sunday by 11:00 am.
  • Additional Fees: Exit Cleaning fee $85
  • High Season Supplement Dates: Jun 1 until Sep 1, 2024

* Bookings for students 18 years old are permitted with a parental consent letter.
