Campus One Policies
Minimum age requirement is 18 at time of arrival
Check-in: Saturday from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Please consult with the
Accommodation Department for check-ins after 9:00pm.

Upon check-in, students are given a meal card with approximately $24 daily spending amount (from Jan-Apr and Sep-Dec.) They are to re-load their card when the card goes over the limit.
The Bi-weekly housekeeping service includes cleaning of common area and bathroom. The excluded services are cleaning of bedroom, linen & towel refreshment, toilet roll replenishment, garbage/recycling disposable.
Before arrival with 30 days’ notice or more, $300 deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days’ notice will result in the full deposit of $300 to be retained.
After arrival, 30 days’ notice will result in one month of rent to be retained and any outstanding amount will be refunded.
With less than 30 days’ notice, there will be no refund.
