Maddox Sherbourne Living Policies

  • A $250 Non-refundable Accommodations Placement Fee will be required at the time of booking to secure a bed. Maddox Sherbourne Residence is available for students who are 18 years or older, as of their arrival date.*
  • Full payment will be required to ILSC 30 days before check-in date.
  • Check-in: Saturday or Sunday from 3:00 pm.
  • Check-out: Saturday or Sunday by 11:00 am.
  • Additional Fees: Exit Cleaning fee $85
  • High Season Supplement Dates: May 31 to August 31, 2025

* Bookings for students 18 years old are permitted with a parental consent letter.
