ILSC Student Co-Living houses are just 30-40 minutes by transit from our downtown campuses.

ILSC Student Co-Living  Policies

  • $230 Non-refundable Accommodations Administration Fee will be required at the time of booking to secure a bed.
  • ILSC Student Co-Living accommodations are available for students who are 19 years or older, as of their arrival date.*
  • Check-in: Saturday or Sunday from 4:00 pm. *possibility of earlier check-in only confirmed by ILSC
  • Check-out: Saturday or Sunday by 11:00 am.
  • Additional Fees: Exit Cleaning fee $85
  • High Season Supplement Dates: Jun 1 until Sep 1, 2024

Bookings for students 18 years old are permitted with a parental consent letter.
