A $230 Non-refundable Accommodations Placement Fee applies.
Full payment will be required at the time of the booking to secure a bed.
A damage deposit of $600 by credit card to GEC VIVA TOWER will be required prior to check-in date.
Non-refundable amenities fee of $125 plus 5% GST will be required at the time of the booking.
GEC-Viva accommodations are available for students who are 19 years or older, as of their arrival date.
Check-in: Saturday or Sunday from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: Saturday or Sunday by 11:00 am.
